Calmer Days for Parents

Support for moms of young and neurodivergent kids rooted in the science of behavior

If your child is having frequent meltdowns, aggressive moments, or “doesn’t listen,” you’re not failing and your child isn’t broken.

Behavior is communication. And when you understand why it’s happening, you can respond in ways that actually help.

Here for you.

You’re doing your best as a parent and it still feels really hard.

You’ve tried the charts.
The scripts.
The consequences.
The advice that worked for someone else’s kid but somehow makes things worse in your house.

Maybe you’re:

  • Walking on eggshells to avoid the next meltdown

  • Feeling judged- by professionals, family, or strangers online

  • Wondering why “typical” parenting advice doesn’t work for your child

Your child’s behavior is telling you something. Let’s learn how to listen.

Parenting with ABA is here to help.

This isn’t a parenting trend. It’s behavioral science made practical.

Everything here is grounded in the science of behavior: how learning happens, how environments shape behavior, and how skills develop over time.

That means:

  • We focus on why behavior happens, not just stopping it

  • We build skills instead of relying on rewards or punishments

  • We look at your child’s nervous system, environment, and unmet needs

Created by a board-certified behavior analyst and parent coach with years of experience supporting families of neurodivergent and behaviorally complex kids.

Why This Approach is Different

Most parenting advice:

  • Focuses on compliance

  • Uses one-size-fits-all strategies

  • Blames parents when it doesn’t work

Parenting with ABA:

  • Focuses on understanding behavior

  • Adapts to your child and family

  • Teaches skills- not quick fixes

You deserve support that’s compassionate, evidence-based, and actually works in real life.

"When we first started, we were feeling discouraged, tired, lost, and helpless. Now, we feel empowered, supported, and my husband and I feel like a team!"

- Incredible Mom

"Pre-course we were feeling anxious, desperate, and exhausted. Although I still get a bit anxious when our son pushes back and need to re-focus myself on our tools, I do not dread every single transition throughout our day. Bedtime/rest time used to be a HUGE power struggle, and now it’s not a problem!!"
